We invite all PhD students from the WASA community and beyond to join the online workshop “Publishing a Paper in the English Language.”
David Tanner from the Institute for Applied Geophysics (LIAG) will share practical insights into the publication process, including how to structure and write a manuscript, strengthen your abstract, and craft clear and compelling conclusions. Following short presentations, participants will have the opportunity to put what they have learned directly into practice through hands-on exercises and discussion.
Whether you are preparing your first manuscript or looking to improve an existing paper, this workshop will provide practical guidance to help you communicate your research more effectively in English.
